1. Opening
Mark opens the meeting at 18:00.
2. Incoming Documents
There are no incoming documents.
3. Agenda
The agenda is approved as proposed.
4. Announcements
There are no announcements.
5. Founding
Mark proposes to establish a futsal association. The meeting agrees. It is jointly decided that the purpose of the association shall be: to practice and promote futsal in all its forms. The meeting decides to name the association: Groninger Studenten Futsal Vereniging Drs. Vijfje. The association will charge a membership fee, to be determined at the next General Assembly.
6. ACLO Affiliation
Mark proposes to submit an application for affiliation with ACLO on behalf of the association. The meeting agrees. To make futsal easily accessible to students, the facilities of ACLO are deemed essential.
7. Appointment of the Board
Mark proposes the following board:
Mark Imandt – Chair
Arjan Soer – Secretary
Arthur Hendriks – Treasurer
Jonnes Bouma – General Board Member
Ben van der Veer – General Board Member
The meeting agrees with this proposal, and the board is officially appointed.
